In short they will breed humans in much the same way as are horses, or canines. There are reports of a great many underground facilities that have been built all over the world. We know they have estableshed many seed vaults and have been collecting DNA from every species they can gather to store in these nuclear bomb proof vaults. I personally regard Frank Herbert and other of our great Science Fiction authors to include Clarke, Heinlein, Bradburry, Asimov (my favorites) as our contemporary prophets. Perhaps you remember the Bene-gesuit Witches from Dune. You have to know he was refering to the Jesuits in the Vatican, but more importantly remember the manipulation of the bloodlines aspect of their doctrine. Then there was the Tleilax with their gholas(clones). The Landsraad who were the rulers of the worlds. Those are your Illuminati in Herberts Dune. The best way I can say what I mean is that right now on planet Earth we are in fact being ruled by the House Harkonen. The Muslims who we are being psychologically manipulated to hate and war upon are in fact the Freman of Herbert's Dune and the oil is the Spice.
